These are a perfect fit for the specific use case for which they were purchased: small business class computers. The case just fits the motherboard and powersupply and requires a low profile CPU cooler (bear that in mind, we found out the hardway). Our customer's end customer uses them mounted on the wall in the exam rooms at a clinic, they are excellent for this while being just large enough not to require full on SFF components (which tend to be more expensive) or ITX motherboards.  For our purposes, we removed the 2.5" drive bracket and, instead, mounted two intake fans up front and one exhaust fan in the back. Quality： Excellent for the price point Delivery： Some boxes came squashed with boot prints on them but the contents were not harmed. Design： Just larger than SFF accomodating regular ATX PSUs and m-ATX motherboard. Plenty of ventilation with space for two fans up front, one in the rear and one to the side.
